Hi,

I am stuck in the Great Hall in the Governor's Palace with the drum puzzle. I have the Dreamcatcher's version of the game and can't seem to get anywhere with the puzzle. Any suggestions?

Do I need the patch?

You can certainly install the patch--others have said on the forums that if you keep trying on the puzzle, the guy will eventually give up and let you past...

Just to add to what Jenny stated (this is what I did to get pass through this part and it does work)- I think - it's Looney that found out that if you press ESC several times - you can bypass this puzzle also.

Guess what? I made a big mistake and now I don't know what to do. I had taken the two potions of honey from the wall cabinet and then forgot to exchange one potion for some beer at the Beer House! I didn't notice the mistake until I was going to make the remedy for Mi, the sick little girl. I was going to put the ingredients into the cauldron, and then I noticed that I had no beer. I went back to the Beer House to get some beer, and the lady inside said she would give me some beer for honey or willow leaves. I need the willow leaves for the remedy and I don't have the honey as I had used both portions for the sick man back earlier -Chapter 5!

Can anyone help me out here? Maybe a saved game in chapter 5 where she asks Irou for honey?

How would I go back for a saved game? I had the options on automatic! I tried to return to options, change from auto to manual, then scrolled down for game, but there were none! Hope that some one will have a saved game any where after or right before the drum puzzle.

HELP!

I did try to go back and see if I could get beer, or honey, but to no avail!

Well, thanks anyway Burpee! I went back and used the manual saves! I replayed the game up to the point where I am making the remedy for Mi! I finally have all of the ingredients for the remedy and now am stuck with the beer puzzle. Am not sure how to pour those doses and to only make two doses! Any ideas?

Again thanks for the save, but when I went to open it there weren't any items in #00004. When I replayed the game, it went really fast this time!

Appreciate the save and if any one can help with the beer puzzle, I would appreciate it!

If I remember correctly, Witchen stated in one early post to just keep on pouring. and this will be one of those (like the drum puzzle) forgiving puzzles that will complete itself.

I am now working on the beer puzzle and hopefully by pouring from one container into another, the puzzle will solve itself! I have enjoyed this game so far and hopefully, I will be able to finish the game by tonight or tomorrow.
