Russian doll puzzles resemble the famous russian dolls that fit within each other. Here, a word is placed inside another word to form a third word. The clue is read as "Place the first word within the second word to create the third"
Example: drill > difficult = hid becomes BORE > hard = harBOREd
-1. burn > rush = fee -2. close > apparent = until morning -3. tirade > cautious = guarantee -4. celebrity > Matthew McConaughey movie = condiment -5. gaunt > block = duds -6. left > evens = scores -7. war explosive > active person = oppress -8. tibia > signal = roof joint protective material -9. cooking compartment > sashay = origin -10. equal > regret = government tax money
Did you ever stop to think and then forget to start again?
