I keep walking into this place in DNA row and I shoot the chains off the indian guy where a bomb is about to explode and cannot get past the doorway to the outside no matter where I click. Any hints on how to get past it? I have tried to get out about a dozen times and keep getting blown up. Appreciate any help. Love the game so far.

I had a very hard time with that part too when I played it a long time ago.Put your gun away and immediately run out and then keep clicking like crazy to the left of downscreen to get him to move far enough away from the building before it blows up.
