I played a really tough opponent this week. It was virtually run the table out or lose. I lost my first game because of a miscue of all things. I had to draw the cue ball back half the length of the table to shape up for the eight, which is no big deal, but I just put a new tip on my stick and didn't have it prepped well enough so the cue ball jumped instead of drawing back.
