I played this game and didn't have to use a walkthrough. Excellent game. It's short but excellent.

It is very easy, but some people want the walkthrough for reassurance.
I'd hesitate to call it a "puzzle/adventure" though.
It's mostly a matter of clicking on things to collect inventory and advance the story.
