The video on the recap is lagging and skipping a lot. I changed the controls to lowest settings, but it's still doing it. Anything else I can try?

Check your video card. If it is better than "Recommended" System requirements, the issue may be with drivers.

If you're using a laptop with Optimus graphics, the problem is probably related to Optimus misdetecting the need for high performance graphics. If you do have Optimus, check the instructions for managing 3D graphics ***here***.
