Find two words that will bridge the gap between the four letter word and the seven letter word. The bridge will be built by finding two words that will include only the letters contained in the seven letter word. The third word will have five letters and the fourth word will have six letters. Each word gains one unique letter. Anagramming will be necessary. EXAMPLE: road - - inboard = road - rad Io - ordai N - in Board You can see if you can determine the two words on your own or you can get hints from the clues in the spoiler tag. The clues are listed alphabetically but are separated by letter count. 5 Letters
a type of wood candle drive glue illustration more stale part of a map risk substance used when tiling you could have a blank one
6 Letters
amusement park area basic need bootleg feeder like old movies more than double more volume poser recess series on ABC
-1. game - - mangier -2. part - - painter -3. site - - glisten -4. tour - - brought -5. mile - - implode -6. step - - apostle -7. role - - louvred -8. last - - elastic

Nice, Bob. You came up with your own connection. CCB, manxman beat you out on that one even though he had it as #3. Good solves to everyone!
