Played for a few hours but quit this game, the Map system was not that great, hard to see for my eyes and it would often bring me to an area where there was no objectives to be done, and the Hint system was not much better. Too bad though, this game had a lot of potential for being a Great game, had that Adventure lite feel to it, lots of things to do, gadgets, etc. It should have been sent to more Beta testers, that is IF they sent it to Beta testers to start with. Plus there are a few glitches in the game that would freeze ones computer and there are many complaints in the BF Forum about this and no fix in site. Also the game may not necessarily save your game at the proper location when quitting the game for the day.

Thanks for calling this to my attention. I looked it up, and the developer is Space Monkey. Apparently there was a CE of this game that was not offered by Big Fish. Space Monkey also developed Voodoo Chronicles: The First Sign, which was initially offered as a CE on Big Fish years ago - the game concerns James Voodoo, as well. I didn't make the connection until just now, when I read your post.

Terrific. I'll have a look at Voodoo Chronicles.
The teleportation map in Taken Souls seems to work fine so long as you actually read the legend at the bottom and use the "global" button to change areas which will then show a more detailed map, something I discovered on the BF forum and might never have figured out on my own.
Edited to add: I played the demo in Voodoo Chronicles. I may buy it. I'm on the fence because the number of HOs is too high for my taste.
