Yes. Several times. It was never offered up....unless it's in inventory and I don't know it. (Wouldn't be the first time that's happened.) I'll check.

I am having trouble in the kitchen filling out the orders. I am not sure how this works. I get a few of the order filled then it goes goofy. there not enough room to fill the order. there's order parts on the side and the bottom of the page. can you help me. or send me a saved game. with instructions on how to put it in the game. thanks you

This part of the game, the filling of the orders, is a bit confusing to me too, and I still haven't been able to do it correctly consistently. What I can tell you is that doing this is not necessary to completing the game or being able to progress in the game. You can make money by doing the vocabulary quizzes in the pub and can skip trying to fill the orders if you wish. I made the money that I needed in the game by taking the Icelandic vocabulary quizzes.
