I just started this game and already I can't open the panel in the hotel.I've been trying over and over following the instructions to no avail.Can someone show me how please.I don't want a save because I don't think I can install it with steam.

After knowing about the blonde at 313 and that the alley beside the hotel is inaccessible, then work on the panel.
The panel:
Left click-hold the mouse. Then while holding the left mouse button; continuously click the right mouse button until the panel gives.
Then move the left mouse button to the right to open the panel.
Turn the thermostat knob of room 313 to the max - left click-hold-up.
