This developer has posted on Big Fish in the past and one of the things he said was this:
If you are experiencing issues please try restarting your Windows first. Some people contacted us regarding freezing and resources issues and restarting Windows solved their problems.
He also said that folks could write to Anawiki directly if they were having technical problems; their contact page is
here. If you got the games from Big Fish, of course you can write to their Customer Support as well.
I would also make sure that your video card drivers are up to date and that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player as well.
