Syberia 3 reveals itself in sound and image at Gamescom 2015 during the Video Games Live concerts.
Check out the screens here.
Famous for their special atmosphere, the first two games in the saga still bring together just as many fans after more than ten years. For the very first time, the music from the two earlier games will be played live by a symphonic orchestra during the three Video Games Live concerts performed at Gamescom, a major video game event in Europe. Video Games Live, created, produced and hosted by the famous musician and composer Tommy Tallarico, is an immersive concert which highlights music from the greatest video games of all time.
"The Syberia franchise is the perfect type of artist expression to add to our show. Not only are the visuals and gameplay really amazing... but the music has always been such a integral and beautiful element of the overall experience. We're looking forward to bringing this masterpiece to people around the world for many years to come!" - Tommy Tallarico (video game composer and Creator/Executive Producer of Video Games Live)
Exclusively, during these concerts, the first music from Syberia 3 will be revealed, accompanied by the very first animated images from the game. Historically, music has always played a key role in Syberia games, and the new opus will be no exception to the rule. Indeed, the entire Syberia 3 team is delighted to be reunited with the famous and talented composer Inon Zur, the name behind the music for Syberia 2, as well as many other prize-winning productions (Fallout, Dragon Age, Prince of Persia, etc.).
“I'm very excited to be back working with Microïds and visionary writer and art director Benoît Sokal for Syberia III. It's a beautiful world and another amazing story which is an absolute pleasure to write music for and I can't wait to share the music with fans when we premiere the new themes with Video Games Live at this year’s GamesCom in Cologne” - Inon Zur (Composer)
