Mine says recommended and when I right click it, it doesn't give me the option to hide it.

Where in Windows Update are you looking?
Did you try highlighting the update?

I am looking in: View Update History. When I highlight it, I get View Details and Copy Details.

Locate the update and uninstall it first, you will have to reboot. Search for new updates... when you see it in the list, that's when you can choose to hide the update.

EEK - Windows 10 showed back up on my task bar. Do I need to go through all this stuff again?

Never mind, I got it.
