Well, here I am again, hat in hand. I didn’t realize there were two sets of stairs leading up to the balcony. Got the disk! Read the brochures; called for the plans. Went backstage, found the box tied with rope. Have tried for over half an hour to get BEHIND the box to pull on a rope. I see no possible way to get behind the box. I have tried every arrow, angle, up, down, and to no avail. Secret, please!!

Russ, the rope that you want to pull on is not behind the box--it is clear over to the right, near the other door. There are a whole row of ropes and I'm not sure which one it is you pull, but when you get over there, you should get a "use" icon.
