I am searching for the handkerchief at the reception desk. Please help me to find it.

The only thing I could find is this on YouTube:

It shows two or three different hidden object searches at a reception desk - even though it's in another language, perhaps this could help you. However, if the item isn't shown or the reception desk shows up later in the game, then I'm afraid this won't be of any help.

As a last resort you could always take a picture of the screen, upload it to Photo Bucket or a similar website, link to it, and then we could try to take a look at it and see if we can find the item.
