We want to take the opportunity to remind you that Hidden is divided into two parts/games:
"Hidden: On the trail of the Ancients".
"Hidden: The Untold".
Description
Hidden - On the trail of the Ancients is a horror point-and-click adventure game in where you play as Thomas Farrell, a young anthropologist and one of the expeditioners behind the search of evidence about the Legend of the Ancients. Thomas traveled to Buenos Aires, where an old colleague of his uncle Eneko seems to have found an important trail to the Ancients. His investigations start in an old boarding house and soon he will realize that there is something hidden beyond the legend.
Story
Patagonian forests, 1934. Immersed into dark and unexplored ancient woods a group of expeditioners led by Eneko Farrell, distinguished professor of science passionate about ancient history, goes deep in search of an old, almost forgotten legend. According to some aboriginal records thousands of years ago, even before the dawn of mankind, there existed a forbidden city that no language dared to name. As Tomas Farrell, an anthropologist from The University of Buenos Aires, you will be summoned to take part in the expedition. As you will soon discover not everything goes as planned as the place keeps a never revealed horrifying secret.

I can't tell from the screenshots or the description, nor can I tell tell from the games web site (currently a countdown clock) is this a first person or third person perspective. My guess and wish, is that it is First person.
