Please help! I have nothing in my inventory that will help me here. What in the world am I missing? I have the following:

-Two Stones
-The Amulet
-The Cage With Lucy the Rat

What else do I need? Please help!

How about the old jug that is by the police station. Its by the plants, that might do the trick.
