If I remember correctly, you have to go down the well, find Corona's briefcase, open it, take out the tape, use it in your walkman, and you will have the code.

In order to get the combo for the briefcase, you must talk to the maid about the "gala event", she will give you a card. Look closely at the card, and you will get the combo. You will find the walkman in the multinational conference room. The batteries for it are found in the exercise room (I think it is the 2nd floor from the utility elevator) in the exercise bike machine. Good luck.

If you have opened the briefcase and found the cassette, and it you have the batteries and are still stuck after listening to the tape, use the telephone with the walkman. After 'acquiring' you must press 'process' - then you will know the CIA code.
