Another mental block on my part.

This game has a male detective, lives on the second floor of a hotel, I think he owes the landlord money, he has a female bartender as a girlfriend. One of his quests is to sneak past cops at the harbor and that's about all I can remember at this time. It's a noir type game taking place in the 20's or 30's I think.

It's not Face Noir, is it?

Believe it or not I wanted to add it to my game list but couldn't remember the title. (Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most).
