2 of my games acted funny one kick me out of the game, the other froze a little, i wrote to big fish and i finally gave up, they haven't got back to me, is this normal.

They will send you an email telling you how long the response time is. How long ago did you contact them and did you get a confirmation email? They have excellent customer service so I am sure you will be taken care of.

I don't know if they work on weekends.

I wrote to Customer Service recently and got a very prompt reply. I'd wait a day or two and then try again if you still haven't heard from them. And of course make sure a reply didn't end up in your spam.

I bought games from Big Fish for years, and some were not great or had bugs or did stuff that you described. In every case, I wrote to them and got not only a quick response (24 hours) but credit for a new game. Do try again. Also, check your Spam folder. Depending on how you have set up your email, messages from sites can arrive there sometimes. Good luck!

they finally wrote to me, and gave me 2 coupon codes for ce, and they are checking it with dr. felix.
