Got up sooooo early to walk the dogs, hoping for cool. So not! It was 80 degrees when we went out the door at 6 a.m. I know a lot of you are just getting summer but I'm happily anticipating it's end. One more super hot month and then, hopefully, it will cool down to at least breathable levels.

Son is still super sick. So kids will hang with me til I'm ready for a nap which they won't want to take Why do kids think napping is such a horrible idea?

At last we have a dry day with some sunshine although windy and cool but better than windy, cool and wet!

Had a follow-up visit from my cardio nurse yesterday and everything's looking good! Been trying out some light housework today and surprised at how quickly I get tired so feet up for the rest of the day!
