I have deleted this game several times and each time I download it, it starts where I left off. Problem is, the game wants to freeze. Can someone tell me where I can find the save games so I can delete them also? Then I can start out with a fresh install(download) from Big Fish.

Probably has save information in one of the subfolders of the hidden AppData folder.

Unless you know how to make hidden folders visible, it might be easier to just create a new user in the game.
