Bait and switch: Each clue below can be answered by changing one letter in the given, capitalized word, and then anagramming the letters. Some easy, some may be alterative spellings hyphenated or Britspeak, and a few that may need the Stitchionary. There may even be the odd two-word answer...
Plenty to go round, so feel free to grab two or three.

Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.

16. pother 22. thorny Rog, over here the word "hooter" refers to something totally different from the schnozzle. We have many "fine" restaurants named "Hooters". Apparently there are none across the pond. A great business opportunity exists.

Oops - now you come to mention it, that does ring bells of a somewhat dubious, Joan! Can't see Mrs Worrier letting me take out a franchise though... michele - You've done it again with one I hadn't allowed for on number 9. Can I award you the cigar and leave it open? I really meant musical instrument, especially harmonicas. I'll edit the clue. All the rest, spot on!
