Hi, Ana!
Boy, have we ever come a long way! The very first casual game I ever played was MCF: Prime Suspects". It was many moons ago but, from what I remember, it consisted of nothing but HO scenes with limited hints (I may be wrong, but I believe it was 5). The hints didn't refresh so, once you ran out for that level, you were on your own.I think there was some sort of puzzle at the end of each level.
From the little I saw, I'm looking forward to the next installment.

When I saw this post I went back and replayed Return to Ravenhearst, which is an OK game, but is wall-to-wall with hidden object puzzles. Following that, I started (and am still playing) Escape from Ravenhearst, a far superior game, partly because the storyline is much stronger, but also because the hidden objects are all morphing objects! So, as Gamenut says, it was the best of the bunch. And I have every confidence that the creators will outdo themselves this time, and we will have a new "best" one. I too have played all the MCF games, starting with Huntsville. Not to detract from the Ravenhearst or Dire Grove series, my favorite was Fate's Carnival. In my most humble opinion, it's really hard to imagine how they can top that one. If you have never played that one, check it out. Fate's Carnival

I agree Tally Ho... I have Fate's Carnival on my computer.. every now and then I play with it. Never get tired of the game play. That and Brickshooter Egypt will stay on my machine.

Who is that in the video? His name is Carlos Rodela and he is a video producer for Big Fish.

Oh Boy! wait every year for a new Ravenhurst in the MCF series. Hoping this one will be as good as last one(Escape from Ravenhurst). They've always had great, creepy, eerie story and awesome artwork and sound/sound effects. Did see the short clip from new game however, not that impressed with it. bit of a blank looking face-not as much detail in the artwork as I had hoped...but that may have been an older version of the work...Still-credit due, certainly much, much better than most casual games. I was a bit worried the art and creepiness might not be as good as the past developer...we shall see.......Bwahahahaaaa. Still going to get my 'nest' ready for some great gameplay...4 legged friend has new bed and blanket and his fave snacks/food. I've become handicapped over past couple years so have made list for Friend who will do my grocery shopping sometimes...extra box of fave tea, crackers, peanut butter-pizza fixings, salad fixings..bit of diet soda..(fighting urge to lay in chips/dip/Cheetos, CHOCOLATE CANDY(Butterfinger/Reese cups/Snickers) but do have hot chocolate mix! got extra pillow for spine and heated throw is in the wings! For the first time I am going to take my laptop to the other room (have a somewhat comfy sofa there) instead of sitting at desk.(can't sit for long-bad spine). Bring it on MCF!
