I have looked at the computer in the van, and read the files. I went to the kitchen to put in the red and blue tubes, blue one in the freezer and he says It wont have any effect here and the red one in the microwave and he says the same thing? did I miss something? help please.

hmmm....I think you have to put the red one in the freezer and the blue one in the microwave--looks like you had it backwards.
