I found this on the Big Fish forum for the game:
On the title page of the game, under where it says hello in pink letters, there is an option you can click on called Change Player. This will bring up a window that allows you to add or remove profiles from the game!
If this doesn't work, I suggest you write to Customer Support to see if they can figure out what the problem is.
