I am trying to decipher some runes on a stone that I got in one of the rooms in the museum. I know that they are Hungarian Runes and that I need to use the book in Professors Hunts office.

I need to decipher these runes and enter them onto a piece of paper. I get the following in my research but this does not seem to work. I am stuck for the moment. A gentle nudge and not a direct hint would help.

W

For the top row I get:
E 28, N68

Bottom Row:
OINIAV

I know the book says that the runes alternate from left to right and from right to left so that might have something to do with it.

This is after you get a certain something in a certain room. I am glad you are keeping me company as I am enjoying this game so much. According to the book the runes are written in a certain style in which they alternate from left to right and right to left.

Hello sami5901:

Did you read all the letters and the newspaper on your desk located in your office especially one by a Dr Smythe? You will need to call him and ask him for more information. You need to find a phone but only the director of the museum has use of a phone. But his office is locked and you will need to find a way to get in.

Good advice, also talk to the guard. He might be helpful, if given the right reason. wink

As Laura has found it may be problems caused by the use of having antialiasing on.

I used the Hungarian Runes, I think you read one line from left to right - then the next line from right to left.

I came up with E 820 and N 860

Then I had O D N D A V - reading in reverse
V A D N D O I wonder if the numbers could be
E 82 and then N 86 I didn't think of ignoring the zeros. also I will re-check the I vs the D for the cross looking symbol. Oops it is an I - going back to retry.

Good work Laura! I thought I had tried spelling the bottom backwards as well, I guess I just didn't do it with the numbers I had gotten. Nice playing this game along with you. Now to the next part!

You will need some information to fill out a form on the secretarys desk near the directors office. You will need to find a specific item number and what storeroom it is located in. You will find what storeroom in the guards inventory book and the item number somwhere in the directors office. The item you are looking for information on is a black sculpture that arrived in the museum.

If you need further help---
You also need the stamper on the desk. You need to use this on the form on the secretarys desk outside. You need to fill in information on a black sculpture located in room D. You will find the item number in a paper in the trashcan. You will find this paper in a box on the secretarys desk.

-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-you will not put anything in the slot that has no writing on it
-

Hello Lundar!

Can you send me your save games from Agon?

I am stuck to often and it is not fun for me to play further on without a walkthrough.

But your save games can help me a lot and then I will have fun with playing without any bigger interruption.

I always play adventure games only with a walkthrough, and only then I have much fun.

Please have understanding for that.

Please read also this thread for my exact problems:

Friendly Greetings from

Moe Perry

Hello MoePerry:

Since I have finished the episode save games wont work. In this game, once you have finished the episode it will not allow you to get back into the game until you get the next episode. This game does not seem to use save games as in other games. I provided hints to help you with the keys above, in the topic titled, HINTS FOR THE KEYS!

Hello Lundar!

Thank you so much bravo

This was really interactive puzzle solving and was fun to write with you and play at the same time the game.

What a wunderfull feeling! <img border="0" alt="[talky]" title="" src="graemlins/talky.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="woozy" title="" src="graemlins/woozy.gif" />

I could not play the board game at the end from Agon, is this correct?

Friendly Greetings from

Moe Perry

Hello MoePerry and sami5901 wave

I am happy that Laura and I were able to help you with clues in solving some of the puzzles in AGON. I am glad that you both were able to enjoy the game and complete it. I am also eagerly anxious to play the second episode. Episodes are supposed to be released ever other month. So the next one should be in November if everything goes well. MoePerry, board games will not appear until the second episode.

Have an excellent weekend!

You need to get the matches that are located in the directors office on the mantleplace. Use the matches to light the lamp.

I'm having a problem with the date on the form in the secretary's office. I have the item # and the store # but it won't take the date I tried to type. What did I do wrong? Thanks. frown

Your supposed to click the stamper on the form which should automatically put the date on there for you. The only information you need to enter is the item number and the storage room it is located in.
