Is there an option to choose "other" or "no value?" I saw those choices when I looked at the drop-down list (although maybe we are not looking at the same thing).
If all else fails, what I would do is just choose a game randomly from the list and explain to Customer Support that you didn't know how to send the form through without having chosen a game - I'm sure they would understand.
