I am trying to look for answers on the EA forums about a game glitch, and I cannot for the life of me even FIND the forums. There is reference to them on the web site, but when I try to actually go to a forum, I end up looking at a page of FAQ's that reference EA but not any actual games.

I have to say, the EA website is appallingly bad; it is obtuse, and unnecessarily so. It is as if they don't want their customers talking to one another. I mean, Steam can get it right. Why not EA?

I just looked at the home page for EA at http://www.ea.com/ and eventually found the link for the Forums at the bottom of the page under the 'CONNECT WITH US' listing. The Forums link gives the same url posted by Collector.
