The Lost Crown is one of the BEST games ever. Probably the 3rd, maybe 4th, time I've played it and each time is better. Anxiously awaiting the The Last Crown.

Sounds like I'm missing out. Would it be better if I played the Dark Fall games first, which I'm happy to do?

It won't make a difference.
You're not playing as Nigel in Dark Fall, and only find occasional evidence that he was there before you were.
It might even be better to play The Lost Crown first, so you'll know who Nigel is before playing Dark Fall.
