Utterly, utterly stuck. I managed to get through a huge spinning cement room, only to come across a giant piston that wants to mangle me in the worst way. There are 4 blue lights with levers (5 diagrams.) I have run back and forth from the 1st lever to the piston to the pedals on the floor until I'm blue in the face. The lights on the floor by that circular object are sometimes on, sometimes off. I keep the piston going at all times, but I'm not getting anywhere with this. Please, could somebody help??? Thanks. <img border="0" alt="cry" title="" src="graemlins/cry.gif" />

The idea is to get the locks off the gear (Thats what the foot pedals in the floor do). Here's what I did....get the pistion to go up...run and pull the first lever. Go back and ride the piston up. Go back and pull the first lever. Now it should stay whit (charged). Again go and ride the pistion up and run and pull the lever for the third time. Now quickly run and step on one foot pedel. Then run back to the piston. Ride it back up before it comes all the way down because the first locks will reset. Now run to the second foot pedal and now both locks are off. Again back to the piston, ride it up. Now go and pull the second lever to release the gaint gear in the floor. The over all idea here is to charge up the source of energy in the first wall switch which supplies power to the floor pedals but to release both pedals the piston has to be moving. That's why I did one pedal and then moved the piston back up. Doing that gives me time to do the second pedal. Hope my ramblings help...Mordack

Also stand on the grid that gets the piston all the way up and make sure it is as far as it goes. One thing that will help you is to step just off the grid and count off how much time you have before it goes all the way to the floor. I had 20 seconds - that time held up through 3 replays of this part. If you stumble when walking or overshoot the pedals just run back to the grid and power up the piston. Better to run back a few times then to have to re-start the whole puzzle.

Step on should be to go over and hit the first button on the left of the panel. Then return to the piston grid. Make sure it's all the way up and stopped. Then do the two pistons.

Another clue. After you get the two foot pedals unlocked (which is the hardest) You return to the piston and then walk to the 2nd button. You don;t have to run back as this powers up the machine and the piston stops. You then push the last two buttons and you are home free.
