If anyone has reached this part in the game- after you strap the explosive bra (HA!) to the pole how do you avoid the blast? I can't figure out the controls to make him run if that's what I need to do.

You need to run. It's arrow key plus left shift.

The biggest problem here is the "where to run" It's not where you would think. Think in the open area, back left corner of the fenced area. With it being to your left if you are standing and facing the light pole where you put the bra.
