There are no known glitches in this game, but the game is quite nonlinear. Are you playing in Amateur mode? If so, could you please tell us what is on your task list?

I am playing the ameteur mode,I have gone through the checklist and Nancy states that she has not done the tickets (I have them in my inventory) also the list shows I still have to find the key to the advert cabinet (which I also have in my inventory) and lastly its states I have not searched Gregori bag which I have done, this does seem a bit strange which is why I asked if there are any known gliches in the game, any advice will be gratefully excepted

So if you have the tickets in your inventory, are you able to do this?

I realised where I have gone wrong, I had not posted the tickets so I have gone back to a save just after I completed the ticket puzzle, hopefully this will get me back on track, many thanks for your help

I wouldn't worry about something in the task list not getting checked off right away - sometimes it takes a while before that happens, due to one or two other actions needing to be performed and it being registered as complete.
