Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with Steam.My problem is this, I have been playing this game and enjoying it. I logged on to Steam yesterday to carry on playing and all I get is " Preparing to Launch Shadows on the Vatican" I have waited ages, one time 15 minute's it just will not play. I have no trouble with the game its Steam that I am trying to contact but I just don't know how.

Maggsie,

Check your library on the steam page. See if that game is still downloaded. Check the properties.
Also sometimes steam is very busy and it does take time to download. Keep us posted.

Thanks MaG I Will. I tried the back up as well. I have played about half of the game. I will let you know how things turn out. I was going to buy Provenance but this has put me off. Having trouble with The lost Crown Halloween version as well.

Hi again MaG. I have tried again with this launch and waited 15 minutes still wont launch. I will try Glitches. Its not the games fault it is Steam
