I am coming to the end of path of the shell, and will want to play it again later. I have Uru. DNai, and shell loaded because the shell is an expansion pack. My question is will the Shell stand alone as a single game, or do I have to have the previous two completed games loaded to make it work - or can I delete everything and when I want to play Path of the shell again, just load UrU uncompleted and play it that way. I am using the Path of the shell expansion with D'Ni on it so when I reload D'Ni will automatically be there. but I am unsure what to do, dont want to have to do the whole thing again, at least not now. thanks

You don't have to have finished URU and To D'ni in order to play POTS, Teresa, but you do have to have URU loaded on your computer. There are some things that you will have to go back and do if you don't have a completed version of URU (for instance, you will have to start the power in Gahreesen so that you can access Baron's office), but that wouldn't be too difficult to do. Also, your Relto will look pretty bare, but you could run around and pick up the Relto pages from the different Ages if you wanted to.

If you just want to replay POTS, you could simply click on the little tab at the bottom of the book and remove any progress made in that part, without disturbing the rest of the game...

Teresa, I suggest you make a copy of your saved game folder. Uninstalling Uru is not supposed to delete your saved games, but make a copy just in case something goes wrong. When you reinstall Uru, you should be able to pick up exactly where you left off.

As for what you need to make PotS work: I have never tried playing PotS from scratch but I would assume that you would start off in the desert and have to get to Relto; however, once you got there, there is no need to visit any other location from Uru Prime or To D'ni in order to finish PotS. There are some additional bonus items that you can find in one location in Uru Prime but you won't need to go there to finish the game. I don't think you need the power on in Teledahn to finish PotS.
