Each word always begins with the letters AC. The two part question has two different sets of clues. Now, what is that word you're looking for? -1. AC + Timid or shy = To pacify or to daunt. 5 letters -2. AC + To dispose of = The unpleasant smell of burning car tyres. 5 -3. AC + Hundredth part of a dollar = Distinctive dialect. 6 -4. AC + The price of something = To go up to someone and talk. 6 5. AC + Type of string used in a window blind = To have the same opinion or agreement. 6 -6. AC + To give up = To be set free; discharge from a court of law. 6 -7. AC + To put in an insurance demand = To show one's approval with shouts of bravo. 7 -8. AC + Title of an aristocrat = Spoken words of an event. 7 -9. AC + One twentieth of a ream = To come by. 7 -10. AC + To seek for something = Something acquired by a purchase. 7
