Only 349 shopping days left until Christmas. penguin

That's already taking into account that this is a leap year, so don't make the mistake of thinking you have 350 days. shame

If you're like me (a procrastinator), and you don't look at the calendar every single day, then things kinda sneak up on you. blush

That's also taking into account that 'most' businesses close on Thanksgiving. If you know one that is open on TG and plan to shop there on TG, then congratulations you can add that day back in, and crank her back up to 350. thumbsup

Also note that I am writing this post on the 9th, so if you are just reading it on the 10th, then that counts as one of your 349 or 350 days. razz

That's all I'm going to say about it ok? If I had my way leap year would be December 25th.........every 10 years. taz

Ok I gotta run now and LEAP into bed. woot

Have a happy day everyone.

Our rain is all but gone for now. Spots of light drizzle all night and a bit this morning, but no hard downfalls. I'll have to go check out the back lot again to see what new delights the rain has uncovered. Usually it's bits of shiny glass or metal pieces. Once it was about 7 Mexican coins. Worth about 2 cents but fun to find anyway. Must have been buried and the 'settling' of ground coughed them up. HOPEFULLY the settling won't unearth the several dead cats and dogs and other critters that my tenants 'planted' there after I told them NO burials in the yards. So they buried them in the empty lot. How nice. Most of the spots have sunken ground so I can spot where not to step. Once I found a cat's collar (YUK), and then some smaller bones and a skull, probably a pet rabbit. I know of 2 huge dogs, 2 cats, a few rabbits and assorted birds. Always something.

Happy Sunday to all!

I am so sorry Nan. My heart is heavy for you all. May he rest in peace. hearts

L4L, James is not better today. Poor little guy is miserable. He's generally quite healthy so not surprised he finally caught a cold. He will be fine in no time, I bet.
