With all the computers I ever had, I always planned to open them up and clean them but never did. The computer I am working on now has a clear (green) side with openings in it. I can see the dust piling up inside of it. When I open it up, can I just spray the canned air directly inside the computer or am I going to wreck something?

Thanks.

That's what canned air is for -- blowing out dust without creating static.

Yikes! I know I can't do all of that but I will try opening the side and blowing out what I can.

Thank you Jenny. I've bookmarked the page.
