I received an Email regarding changes to BF Policies and I now noticed when you go to their site for the first this notice comes up, I tried reading through it but my tired eyes gave up and some of it is way beyond my intellectual level.
Can someone here please give a Brief summary of what this is all about? Should one be worried about a price increase? Or an added tax in some areas? It would be much appreciated for any feedback.

It was an update mainly geared toward action if you try to sue them for anything that it will be settled through arbitration instead of going to court.

i just went to big fish site and they want me to sign a term of use what is going on.

A lot of sites have terms of use and update them from time to time.
