Hello All,
If this is not the proper place to post please feel free to redirect it. I am pulling out all of my hair trying to search the net to find my grand daughter her first cell phone. I have found several with text and internet available but I don not want her texting or going up on the net at only 11 years old. I need a phone where I can restrict the next . If anyone out has had a similar situation and have found an answer let me know. Once again if this is the wrong forum please redirect it, Thanks in advance for your help. thanks

I hope someone can give you some advice, lexxy. wave

One of the mods can move this thread if they think it is more suitable for the Mixed Bag forum.

lexxy,

I do not know the answer but I am sure you can block whatever you want. I would suggest you call Best Buy/Sprint/Verizon etc. and speak with someone at a store that sells phones. I'm sure they can fill you in.

luck

It's nice to be important but it is much more important to be nice.

Go to Amazon and type ‘Johns Phone’ a basic phone with no web, there’s a pretty pink one too.

Cari.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and links. I may be an over protective grand mother but she is only 11 and I don't want her exposed to too much too soon.
