I need a save for Bromsby Cementworks the first time !! I Can't find the gold key for Grimble office !! This game is awful dark on my PC or Monitor, having hard time finding anything !!!!

Hi maxwell,

You have to be in the correct position to see this gold key.
If I remember correctly, position Sherlock to have the wall with pictures left of screen, the bridge in far background, the stairs at bottom middle right.

I don't have a save game here- at exact spot but I will check again.

That's OK,just send me something close so I can go foreward!!!

The picture IS the save. They embedded the details in the picture.

have you fiddled with your gamma settings?? That usually helps with brightening things up...

Sorry, Open your My Computer, main hard drive (usually C), Program Files.

Now if you bought from Digital Jesters - open that folder. If you got the Ubisoft release - I don't know what folder it is - try looking for Ubisoft or Frogwares.

Then open Frogwares folder, The Silver Earring folder, save folder.

Download the sent saved game-graphics.
Place them in the open SAVE folder together with the other graphics.

Close all folders. Play the game as usual and Load the sent saved game you want to play.
Save the other 2 saved game for later.
