I have version 1.1 as shown on the cd. The game screen is smaller than I am used to in other games. I got out of the spaceship and to the gatehouse. Inside it is very dark but I managed to locate a scroll inside a jug. What is its purpose? I did a post in the glitches forum for other problems I am having with this game. Now, what else do I need to find inside the gatehouse?

have you looked at the tapestry and the torch?? Then look at the altar and see what you can do there

Thanks Tig. Now I have a different problem. After going down another staircase and over to a console, I clicked on the joystick to see the hologram and then on the book. It opened to show me a box. I went upstairs and located the ring in the wall, clicked on it and the door opened, revealing a box with 5 buttons on the top. I set the buttons correctly and the box is supposed to open revealing a blue and gold crystal key but in my case I get a white screen. What is wrong here?

The original game is loaded with glitches - check the patch that involves the book puzzle part to see if will work for you. If not post at glitches. Hope it works.
