For some reason Origin is rejecting my password when I try to log in. It's the same password I have always used.

Normally, on one of these websites, there is a link to click if you cannot remember your password. Unfortunately, on the Origin site, this link does not work. It simply sends me back to the log in page.

Because I cannot log in, I have no way of contacting Origin to find out what the problem is.

This means I no longer have access to several hundred dollars worth of games.

This is ridiculous. There HAS to be a way to get in touch with these people.

Take a look at this thread. There are some suggestions there, as well as one poster giving Origin's phone number (although I sure hope it doesn't have to come to that).

I just logged in at "Origin Powered by EA Games" without any problems. I haven't logged in for at least a few years... I use a password manager and just let it log me in. I then logged out and clicked on the "forgot my password" link and it also worked.

Reboot and try again? Just grasping at straws here!

is it long time you last used Origin?

Some time ago I had similar problem with Uplay when a game from Steam needed also registering to Uplay but installed an old version. I was sure I already had a Uplay account but it didn't work and neither was I able to get a password reset mail. Updating Uplay from their site solved the problem.

Try updating your Origin.

One other thought that might have happened (since it does happen here a lot) - your e-mail address they use to contact you might not be updated.
