Not bad, but Canadian artists probably offer others just as good - at the moment I am listening to a lot of Cowboy Junkies and Bruce Cockburn.

In any event Kristofferson's own version of Me and Bobby McGee sets the standard in my view, but Janice Joplin is cool on Piece of my Heart.
