I'm almost finished with this game and have enjoyed it. However, all through the game the hint button has helped me to go where I needed to. Now it keeps telling me there is no more evidence, no matter where I go. I also read on a forum, that there was a map. Can't find that either.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Laurette, I believe that to bring up the map, you need to click on the compass in the lower right corner of the game screen.

The only reference to the winch handle that I can find is someone on the BF forum saying that you get it near the end of the game. So, that's basically no help at all. I'll let you know if I find any info about it.

I know you don't particularly like them, but if all else fails, there is a video walkthrough here.

I did find a w/t with all 13 parts, but somehow I missed how they got the winch. All I could see was near the end, when they pulled the boat to shore. Guess I'll have to keep on watching,until I catch it!

I went back today and watched almost the entire 13th part (except HOS), and didn't/couldn't see where the lever is picked up for the winch. All of a sudden the person has it and uses it. I even sent a PM to the moderator of the BF forum on this game because it's locked. So, I'm posting again to see if anybody knows where the blankety blankety lever is!

In case anyone cares... I started the game over and found the lever I was looking for for the winch. If anybody else has a problem with this, please let me know. It was a good game.
