Sometimes you can get that information by typing in the cards in Google something like

Radeon 4800 series is a DirectX 10.1 card
R7 series is DirectX 11.2
We had a question about another game recently where the DirectX version made a difference, and the game couldn't be played with a DirectX 10.1 card. So see if you can find what DirectX version the game needs.
I notice Game-Debate lists lower requirements, but they may not be correct.
