Monkeys can be tempted with food or drink.

I have no food! the last coconut smash with sandstone, and the eggs from the bird fall down and smash too, cant make a cake even.

There were two places to pick up turtle eggs, and one for bird's eggs. I think if you have used up all the eggs, you might find more at the same old locations.

A cake needs flour. Grind some wheat at the mill.
Other ingredients are water, egg, maple syrup and lemon.

Alternative to the cake is to get the monkey drunk. Make alcohol by distilling the maple syrup.

Another way to get rid of either monkey is to scare it. Build a cage, trap the snake, and show it to the monkey.

Do you have any food remaining? The monkeys will eat or drink what you give them. I don't think that you need to start over. Do you have any grapes or oranges left?
You've already used your snake so the only thing I know to do is fill their stomachs. I never used a weapon on any of them. You could try to get more maple syrup and see if that will work.

Which first monkey did you use the snake on?

The still is used to make lots of things to use later. Check the journal by the cannon in the Granite House.

It might be best to go to a saved game.

You cna also check the walkthrough and see what else you can make and how.

FinalMakeRr, I don't think that's what MaG meant. You are either going to have to give the monkey some alcohol or food because you've used your snake already.
Did you bake a cake? If not,get some more syrup, some water, a lemon and grind the grain for flour. If you don't have an egg left, see if you can find a turtle egg on the beach. You can bake the cake in the repaired kiln where you found Jep.
If you have no way of getting any food, you will probably have to go back to a saved game, make alcohol from the maple syrup, bake a cake and don't forget the snake.

You should have been able to find at least 4 turtle eggs, one spot was where you saw the turtle drag it's body back to the water. The other area was where you see drag marks[before the area where you saw her] but no turtle. There were 2 eggs there along with a treasure chest.
If you found those, did you pick up all of the coconuts that you could find on the beach?
