some of us are going on big fish for help, but do not get any help, i only get help from you guys and her interactive, what has happen, i am tired of going on tech support for help. they use to be helpful now they are not.

I am sorry you are having this experience. I have had occasion to write to Big Fish Customer Support a couple of times in the last few months and both times they wrote back to me and helped. Maybe some other members here can weigh in on their experiences.

it is not customer support it is the people on the big fish forum, i go to the forum post my question no answer.

i try but it will not take my password i made it keeps saying too weak, so forget i will figuare it out on my own.

Sometimes passwords require capital letters, lower case letters, symbols, and numbers - some combination of all of those would probably do the trick.

i will try again, i finally got thru, but the password was tough. they are useless as the people on big fish forum no one answer, so i guess i am stuck.
