What kind of oil?
Unless you have a food allergy or food sensitivity to that type of oil, you can just drain it off.
Go around the top of the can with a can opener and use the lid to squeeze the oil out of the can.

Is this in cans? If so - they're okay.

Personally, I prefer tuna fish in oil than with water.

I prefer it in water, but you can just drain out the oil - that's what I do.

It's a matter of personal preference. The taste is not that much different, in my opinion.

Nothing wrong with it at all... some prefer tuna in oil; some prefer tuna in water. No difference.

Squeeze it out as suggested above. I prefer tuna in oil. The tuna in water always tastes like the can to me.

I prefer the oil packaging also. Just seems not so dry to me for some reason.
