Hi everyone. I'm stuck. How do I get the cereal that I use to get the hook from the maidens locked up in the room? I have chased that vacuum robot back and forth several times. smile

Cheers,

Mr. Bill

Hi Bill,

It takes speed and a something that blocks a hallway.
Double click to the exits.
Practice the route to see where to clicks and where to go. luck

I'm quoting the walkthrough.
Be sure that you already placed the blockage at the middle of the playrooms hallway.
Follow the cleaning robot as fast as you can.
Use the double arrows (double click) at exits.
The path to take is: galley - hallway - door - fake control room - left green door - nexus - right blue teleporter - starboard hallway.
Click on cleaning bot by the trash chute. The bot leaves. Pick up the dropped cereals.

Thank you MaG! Got it.

I think the appropriate order in travel and to have the bomb first in inventory was the key. smile

I couldn't even find the area in the walkthrough until I looked at it on the computer and did a search for cereal. The printed copy has too small of a print for me to read since the stroke (even a magnifying glass did not help-I have to find the bigger one). smile

Again thank you.

Cheers,

Mr. Bill

Maybe if you copy and paste the walkthrough on text document first and then edit to enlarge the font - might help.
Glad you got through.
Take care Bill.

I'm at wits end, MaG, trying to determine wiring of the Hexigal. The one with shay in the top level of spaceship with Alex at the controls.

Thank you,

Bill

Thank You Marian, but I'm still puzzled. I don't see the logic.

Maybe MaG will be able to explain it better.

I also found this.

To get that decoder; you have to know what the hexipal is all about:
- Use the diamond reading-charging stand left of the door.
- Place wires on hexipal by joining 2 contact points.
- Number the contact points in your notes 1 on top, going clockwise to 6.
- Always wire the hexipal: blue first, yellow second and lastly the red. The machine (reading-charging stand) reads it that way.
- Read the hexipal on that reading-charging stand.
- Note down the shapes made by those contact points and their positions (1-6 clockwise) - you will use those positions for other patterns in the game.
----- The first end-click of the wire is placed based on the left column shape.
----- The other end is the shape on the right.
- So now you know which contact point makes a specific shape. Now you have a decoder.

Find the code to wire the hexipal. It differs for each character.
Decode the shapes.
Then wire the hexipal based on the contact point of that shape.

Hope I have that clear.
Take a look at the pictures in the walkthrough to see how it decoded.

Thank You MaG!

That Explanation was great. Cleared it up for me. Setting two points of contact at a time, then get a reading from the Diamond Reader and do it for several different wire arrangements ending up with 6 shapes each being the same shape for each particular numbered point of contact (#s 1 through 6). Maybe that suggestion should be added into your walkthrough (just a thought).

Thank you!

Bill

Glad that it helped. smile

Most of it is in the walkthrough but I'll try to reword it.
